I was sooo conflicted because after doing all the test rides, I knew the route was awesome and I wanted to do the night ride sooo badly (I was going to go as the MotherEffin' Ship from E.T.). But looking at the weather radar, I was certain it was going to be a wet ride, which I vigorously avoid. I'm really glad it went well for you all, but...DANG!!! DANG! Those plastic ponchos work like charms!!! It totally beat the cold and I think I could have pulled off wearing a bathing suit underneath it was such a lovely night. I appreciate my clear cheap plastic poncho a whole lot more! Bike Party in the rain anyday! But it was a beautiful full moonish night... I really had a blast! It was a great night.
