Talked with Solomon at King of Campus tonight (missed the Mixer - next time, I'll be sure to say I'm attending in order to stay in the loop). He's willing to drive my 300 watt PA speaker and stand around in his van during the Party for making announcements to the masses at the start and regroups. We'll be testing it out this week to make sure the power inverter in his van can handle the load.

or a PA system. I have a CB in my truck (no antenna, I only use it for the PA, like a cop would to talk to people in traffic). With a small 4"-5"speaker hiding out of sight in front of the radiator, it VERY loud.
One of these could easily be wired onto a bicycle (or trailer).
