It is amazing that you all knew your party tonight was set to start right next to a major funeral and went ahead with it any way. To be sure, your air horns disrupted the service perfectly right at a solemn quite time. That was so cool. You really made huge strides for bicycle rights.

[moderator/tr: apologies to you or anyone else that felt this way. this was not the intent to disrupt the services, every intent was made to minimize noise and disruption. the air horn was from a truck, not from bikes]

My emotions are in serious overflow.
The butterflies are going wild!

It's our first official summer ride.
I can't wait for the start of the top event in the South Bay this weekend.

Let's all have a safe ride.
Observe all traffic laws.
Show much respect for property.
And "share the road" my bicycling brethren.
LET US ALL OWN THE RIDE!

The larger crowd requires a bigger commitment and focus.
Please everybody speak up, shout down, and keep your friends, neighbors and all bicyclist in line: to keep ours, yours, and everybody's SAN JOSE BIKE PARTY going strong for long!
It is BIKE PARTY Time!!!!

BIKE PARTY forever...

The ride tonight rolls by Trace Elementary school at the Rose Garden, which was largely destroyed by arson last week. You can donate to the rebuilding fund here: http://www.sjusd.org/school/district-new/more/16269/featured-news

Have a great one!
