San Jose’s first ever open streets event

On Saturday, May 15th, San Jose hosted its first ever Via Velo, opening up several blocks of San Jose to bicycle and pedestrian use.  Street Films spent the day with us and produced this wonderful video of the event.

  2. Thanks so much San Jose Bike Party. You all were awsome! Thanks for leading rides to the event and also leading rides during the event to all of the wonderful neighborhoods surrounding downtown San Jose. Your really put a fun and creative spin on cycling (pun intended).

    Whoa, I appear in that video four times??? I had no idea the cameras were on me! Was wearing a white Bike Party t-shirt, and was towing the Burley trailer with my kids in it.
